Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked black eyed peas
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. garlic flavored vinegar
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 t. sugar
  • salt & pepper
  • 4-5 small onions, cut into large quarters
  • Frito’s scoops chips for dipping

Directions

  1. Soak dried black eyed peas in water overnight to rehydrate
  2. Combine ingredients in large bowl and cover bowl.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours to 3 days.
  4. Serve with Fritos.
