Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked black eyed peas
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. garlic flavored vinegar
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 1 t. sugar
- salt & pepper
- 4-5 small onions, cut into large quarters
- Frito’s scoops chips for dipping
Directions
- Soak dried black eyed peas in water overnight to rehydrate
- Combine ingredients in large bowl and cover bowl.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours to 3 days.
- Serve with Fritos.
