Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. butter
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 c. confectioners sugar (1 16 oz. box)
- 1 6 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 T. vegetable shortening
Directions
- Mix peanut butter, vanilla and sugar
- Roll 1-2 t. into balls in your hands and place on wax lined baking tray.
- Place in freezer until cold all the way through.
- Melt chocolate and vegetable shortening in double boiler.
- Insert toothpick into a ball and dip into chocolate. Return back to wax paper.
- Drizzle extra chocolate over top if you’re feeling snazzy.
- Refrigerate till chocolate sets. Keep in airtight container in refrigerator.
